This is a sources-sought announcement. This announcement is in support of market research to determine the feasibility of a full and open acquisition and to identify potential sources that can provide the Maintenance and Overhaul of the following item:

ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: Minimum 20 – Maximum 312 each (Maximum of 312 each includes quantity of 260 each US and 52 each Foreign Military Sales (FMS))
The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336412 and the size standard is 1,500 employees.
The proposed contractual action is a five (5) year, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) maintenance and overhaul contract. The Starter, Engine Hydr is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). Depot Maintenance Requirement (DMWR)55-2995-108, Revision date 12/09/2013, Change #0.) has been identified for this requirement. The overhaul shall be accomplished in accordance with Government specifications.
