REQUIREMENT: This notice is issued by the California Air National Guard 163rd Attack Wing, Contracting Office to identify sources capable of providing the following:
SCOPE OF WORK: This contract will cover the repair of current Ground-Based Detect and Avoid system (L-Star (V) 3 EC1 Air Surveillance Radar, with TPQ-50 hardware) manufactured by SRCTec LLC. Technicians need to facilitate removal and replacement of the systems cylinder, reinstall the radar and complete performance checks. This is a firm fixed price-type contract consisting of a 2-week period of performance.

- Can your company complete the repair service required? If yes, then please explain how.
- Can you confirm your company’s ability to work on the LStar system or authorized by SRCtec LLC. If yes, please explain. If there is a mutual agreement via a letter, please include with your response.
- Does your company have any experience in repairing LStar systems brand name for defense, security, or government contracts? Please provide examples of similar contracts or past performance, if available.
