This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE and no award is to follow. Pursuant to FAR Part 10 (Market Research), the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Small Boat Product Line (SBPL) is seeking to identify qualified Native American Owned 8(a) companies, including Tribally Owned, Alaskan Native Corp (ANC) owned, Native Hawaiian Org (NHO) owned, or other Native American owned, that can support an upcoming requirement for Ship Building and Repair with anticipated NAICS Code 336611. Company or companies (individually or through an appropriate teaming arrangement) must be able to provide bi-coastal support (East Coast and West Coast). Preferable locations are Portsmouth, VA, Charleston, NC, San Diego, CA, San Francisco, CA, Miami, FL. Potential awardee will be required to provide inspection, ops, scheduled maintenance and conditional maintenance, storage, transportation, and technical services for a pool of Cutter Boats Over-the-Horizon (CB-OTH) IV/V and trailers.
Qualified companies should submit complete information discussing their capabilities no later than the close date of this notice (05/12/2025). The information submitted must include:
1. Name of Company
2. Point of Contact and Phone Number
3. Proof of Native American Owned 8(a) status from SBA
4. Brief statement on capability to fulfill the needs of the requirement
5. List of location(s) (City, State) in which company or companies have a facility capable of fulfilling needs of requirement
