Description: The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), is conducting market research to determine the availability of qualified Contractors who can provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and expertise to demolish the existing Electrical Panel Motor Center and replace it with a modernized Electrical Panel Motor Center capable of supporting a power output of 6,000 Metric Million British Thermal Unit (MMBTU).
Site Visit Information: A site visit will be held for market research purposes at the Federal Regional Center, which is located at 800
North Loop Denton, Texas 76209, with a start time of 10:00 AM CST on April 28, 2025, so that contractors are able to assess the workspace in-person. The contractors will gather in the Native Nations Room within the Federal Regional Center at 10:00 AM CST on April 28, 2025, so that they can be escorted to the workspace. All representatives form industry who are interested in participating in the site visit opportunity are required to submit a completed facilities access form to Contract Specialist, Barbara Gonzalez via email to barbara.gonzalez@fema.dhs.gov, and to the Region 6 Procurement Branch, via email to R6-Contracts@fema.dhs.gov, no later than 12:00 PM CST on April 24, 2025.
