The Fleet Logistics Center, San Diego (FLCSD) is requesting a quote to purchase components to build 11 SEA2 kits for installation in 11 CNSP FDNF ships. All components will be issued by CNSP to the ships for installation prior to deployment. The Navy shall provide funding for 11 SEA2 kits using FY25 O&MN funding.

The ARUBA and NETGATE components of the SEA2 system are approved by and meets PEO Digital Authority to Operate (ATO) and Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) cyber security compliance requirements.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
This opportunity is set-a-side for SERVICE DISABLED VETERANED OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES (SDVOSB). Interested contractors are to submit the following information: Pricing and lead time for the above items, company name, address, point of contact, telephone number, e-mail address, DUNS, and information regarding your company’s experience identifying contracting agency, contract number, title, place of performance, years of performance, and value of contract per year. Interested firms should submit a document which furnishes information describing relevant demonstrated experience, qualifications, and details in support of the above services required. Also, indicate business size (Small Business or any Socioeconomic Business Certifications) and CAGE code.
The submissions should be Times New Roman, font size 12 and should not exceed five (5) one-sided, 8 " X 11" pages in Microsoft Word or PDF format to the contract specialist via email to: jennifer.k.stevens7.civ@us.navy.mil. Submissions must be received via email no later than 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time on Monday, April 21, 2025. Questions or comments regarding this notice shall be posted to the Contract Negotiator in writing and via EMAIL ONLY. No phone calls will be accepted.
