General Statement:
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items issued by the 23rd Contracting Squadron, Moody AFB, Georgia. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation being issued for the requirement described herein.
Requirement:
23 FSS bldg 1216 needs to remove current carpet and install tile carpet in their ALS building. A new tile carpet system will replace the old rolled carpet system.
The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, management, supervision, coordination, waste disposal and transportation required to accomplish this requirement TO THE highlighted areas to be replaced as shown in the ALS Carpet Replacement Area document attached.

A site visit will be held on Monday, April 21, 2025 at 10:00 AM EDT.
Base Map attached for guidance and location details, please refer attachments. While attendance is not mandatory, it is highly recommended. Vendors are encouraged to inspect the site in order to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance to the extent that information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. Prompt attendance will be expected by all contractors.
ALS Building is located outside the main base area. NO BASE PASS IS NEEDED as entry through the main gates is not required. However it is still required to RSVP to the site visit by emailing A1C Caleb Burks at caleb.burks.3@us.af.mil with your intent to attend by the 3pm firday April 18th to ensure accountability and inclusion on the site visit roster.
