The Contractor shall provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, transportation, materials, supplies, off base storage and disposal as required to perform removal and installation of carpet and floor tile at Whiteman Air Force Base (WAFB), Missouri. The Contractor shall provide material to include but not limited to vinyl composition tile (VCT), luxury vinyl tile (LVT), rubber flooring, adhesives for tile and accessories, rubber cove base, ceramic tile, porcelain tile, Quarry tile, grout, seam sealers, floor patch, rubber transition strips, rubber stair thread, nosing and riser, wood base sealers and finishes, fastening and all hardware and other materials as needed and approved by the Government. The Contractor shall furnish to include but not limited to all: flooring materials, seam sealer, seam tape, tack strips, tools, equipment, supplies, accessories, etc. required to remove, prep, and install all floor coverings. The contractor shall order all carpet, carpet pad, and carpet adhesives from Tier I Vendors approved through the mandated USAF Carpet II Program, (see Carpet II Ordering Guide).
NOTE: Contractor mark-up/profit are not allowable on items purchased via the Tier I contracts.
The Period of Performance (PoP) shall be one base year of 12 months and four 12-month option years for a total period of five years.
