THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SINGLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND
IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. IAW FAR 13.106-1(b) - Only
one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency
requirements. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools,
materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to satisfy
the need for acquiring an essential drive-on floating dock system at Tyndall Air Force Base.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all
quotes received by the date of close specified herein will be considered by
the government. A determination by the government not to compete with
this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within
the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be
considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a
competitive procurement.
This requirement is not yet funded and subject to the availability of funds. IAW FAR 52.212-1(c) Period for acceptance of offerors, this solicitation requests valid quotes until September 30, 2025.
Interested parties may identify their interest and may submit a quote by
2:00 PM CST, April 30, 2025, which shall be considered by the Government.
