The purpose of this amendment is to:
1. Schedule a site-visit on 22 April 2025 at 9:00 AM CDT
2. Extend questions due date to 24 April 2025 at 3:00 PM CDT
3. Extend quotes due date to 30 April 2025 at 3:00 PM CDT
The attached amendment (FA303025Q00250001 SF 30) MUST be signed, acknowledged, and sent with the submitted quote. Failure to do so will constitute a rejection of the offer.
The purpose of this Contract is to provide all components needed to install and replace hydraulic cylinders, change all filters and hydraulic fluid on Goodfellow Air Force Base (AFB)’s South Gate Final Denial Vehicle Barriers. Hydraulic Cylinders shall be 3"X10" Tie Rod Cross Brand, Item Number 2468-10 or equal to. Hydraulic Filters shall be 2EA Part Number 2470-02 and 2EA Part Number 2470-12 or equal to. Hydraulic Fluid shall be AW ISO 46 per manufactures specification. All work shall be done in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).
Type of Contract and NAICS: This RFQ will be for one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract and will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation requirements. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this service is 333996-Fluid Power Pump and Motor Manufacturing and the small business size standard is no greater than 1,250 employees.
Type of Set-Aside: This acquisition is a 100% Small Business set-aside.
Registrations: Offerors shall have and shall maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam.gov to be eligible for a Government contract award. If at the time of award an Offeror is not actively and successfully registered in the SAM database, the Government reserves the right to award to the next prospective Offeror. It is the Contractor's responsibility to monitor the SAM.gov website for information, updates, and amendments regarding the solicitation.
