1. SCOPE
The United States Army Program Executive Office Aviation (PEO AVN), Product Manager Assured Airspace Access Systems (PdM A3S) is conducting market research to identify possible sources capable of providing engineering support for platform integration of the Enhanced Aviation Global Air Traffic Management (GATM) Localizer Performance with Vertical guidance (LPV) Embedded Global Positioning System (GPS)/Inertial Navigation System (INS) with M-Code (EAGLE-M) into the Apache helicopter.
2. INSTRUCTIONS TO POTENTIAL RESPONDENTS
Interested parties who desire to participate in this RFI are encouraged to submit responses that demonstrate they presently have the experience and intimate knowledge of the Operational Flight Programs of EAGLE-M and Apache to answer this RFI. Responses shall include the following information and address the topics enumerated below.

2.1 Technical and experience Requirements:
- Familiar with EAGLE-M functionalities
- Familiar with EAGLE-M operations
- Familiar with EAGLE-M OFP
- Familiar with Apache OFP
- Familiar with Multi-platform Anti-Jam GPS Navigation Antenna
- A minimum of one year platform integration experience on both EAGLE-M and Apache AH-64E aircraft
- Capable of conducting bench/ground testing of the EAGLE-M
- Capable of conducting flight testing of the EAGLE-M with Apache V6.5 platform OFP aircraft
- Capable of identifying software deficiencies and recommending software change requests
- Capable of capturing test data on bench and on aircraft
- Capable of assembling an integration team within 30 calendar days after contract award
The interest parties shall provide evidence such as integration specifications, test data, test plans or test reports or contracts with the Government or Original Equipment Manufacturers of the EAGLE-M or AH-64E.
3. RESPONSES, COMMUNICATIONS, AND ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS
- The Government may contact respondents to obtain additional information or clarification in order to fully understand a company's response. This may include discussions, site visits, demonstrations, etc. to further the Government's understanding of a proposed solution, as well as a company's understanding of the Government's requirements.
- Responses shall not exceed 12 pages (including any cover page). Include technical and descriptive text, functional block diagrams, and illustrations to provide sufficient detail. The submitted documentation becomes the property of the United States Government and will not be returned.
- Respondents shall clearly mark proprietary data with the appropriate markings. Any proprietary information received in response to this request will be properly protected from any unauthorized disclosure. Any material that is not marked will be considered publicly releasable.
- When submitting a response, please be aware that the Army workforce is supplemented by contracted support personnel. Any proprietary data submitted may be handled by contract support services personnel who have signed the applicable Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
