Specifications include, but are not limited to:The STATE is soliciting proposals for a COTS software building valuation management system that can create replacement cost and actual cash valuations on approximately 10,000 insured structures across the State of North Dakota. The STATE plans to purchase or license a building valuation management software system for use by the FUND’s three appraisers. The STATE prefers the software be hosted by the STATE, but the STATE will consider proposals with an Offeror/vendor off-site hosted solution. The goal of this project is for the FUND to have the use of a building valuation management software system and software support that will meet its needs. The STATE’s current insured structures to be valued and maintained range from $500 to $200 million per structure. Types of structures insured include, but are not limited to, state and local government office buildings and maintenance facilities, public schools, colleges, universities, museums, hospitals, correctional facilities, water and sewer plants, public housing, and a number of residences. Some of these structures are of historical significance.
