Request to rent a 135’ Articulated Boom Lift 4WD DSL from 09APR25-29JUL25.

135’ Articulating Boom Lift for use by MIDGETT personnel During MIDGETT SMP1 FY25.

Base Honolulu

Delivery and pickup of 135’ boom lift expected.
5. Roles and Responsibilities
Contractor will deliver a 135’ articulating boom lift to 400 Sand Island Access Rd, Honolulu, HI 96819-2269 US
At the beginning of the period of performance.
6. Acceptance Criteria
A fully functional 135’ articulating boom crane in accordance with all manufacturers specification and safety devices
7. Security and Confidentiality
Coordinate drop off with Base Honolulu POC:

8. Reporting Requirements
Any deviation from contract requires Contracting Officer approval.
9. Legal Compliance
Delivered 135’ articulating boom crane shall comply with all local, state, and federal environmental laws regulating articulating boom cranes at location.
10. Performance Monitoring
135’ articulating boom crane shall be fully operational through the duration of the period of performance.

Contracting officers will not consider the following representations when making award decisions or enforce requirements:
- Paragraph (d) of 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications—Commercial Products and Commercial Services;
- Paragraphs (b)(33), (b)(34), (e)(1)(ix), and (e)(1)(x) of 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders—Commercial Products and Commercial Services;
- Paragraphs (e)(1)(ii)(I) and (e)(1)(ii)(J) of Alternate II of 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders—Commercial Products and Commercial Services; and
- Paragraphs (a)(1)(vii) and (a)(1)(viii) of 52.213-4, Terms and Conditions—Simplified Acquisitions (Other Than Commercial Products and Commercial Services).
Entities are not required to, nor are they able to, update their entity registration to remove these representations in SAM.”
