The solicitation number is 36C25625Q0645 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Southeast Louisiana Veterans Healthcare System (SLVHCS) is seeking a contractor to provide and install four (4) Mediators Advantage Plus systems, or its equivalent, which will be used at the SLVHCS for the Sterile Processing Service. The desired outcome is to have the ability to clean and disinfection of Endoscope instruments. The machines will be used for inpatient care throughout the hospital. Medivators Advantage Plus is intended for the washing and high-level disinfection of endoscopes and endoscope accessories. Validated for use of Rapicide PA High Level Disinfectant, Intercept Detergent and Alcohol. Notice of Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside applies to all items in this solicitation.
