SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory is operated by Stanford University for the Department of Energy. The technical data for the requested part(s) is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act
(Title 22, U.S.C., Sec 2751, et seq.) or the Export Control Reform Act of 2018 (Title 50,
U.S.C., Chapter 58, Sec. 4801-4852). Violations of these export laws are subject to
severe criminal penalties. Disseminate in accordance with provisions of DoD Directive
5230.25.
1) Are you a DDTC registered ITAR manufacturer?
2) Do you agree to not release the SLAC-supplied technical data to foreign
nationals whether in the United States or abroad as defined in 22 CFR section 120.16
without first obtaining BOTH permission from SLAC and authorization from the DDTC?
3) Are you subject to “statutory debarment” as defined in 22 CFR section 127.7?
4) Are you ineligible to participate under AECA and ITAR prohibitions or restrictions?
If the answer is ‘yes’ to both questions 1 and 2 and “no” to questions 3 and 4, SLAC
will supply the technical data to you via a password-protected, AES 256-bit encrypted
zip file.
