This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number 36C25725Q0330 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-01. The NAICS Code for this request for quotes is 811210 ($34.0 M). This solicitation is for the procurement of full-service preventative maintenance and services for Mass Spectrometers and Chromatography Systems at the North Texas Veterans Medical Center, Biomedical Engineering Department, 4500 S. Lancaster Road, Dallas, Texas 75216. The contractor shall provide repairs, preventative maintenance and services on equipment listed in the SOW. The pricing shall include labor, travel, and parts for the equipment or related software and hardware. Services performed shall be in accordance with the OEM specifications. Contractor must be accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) for testing and repair of Agilent Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry instruments and systems, International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015, Quality Management, and ISO/IEC 17025:2017, Standard for testing and calibration laboratories.
