This is a Sources Sought announcement. The 325th Contracting Squadron (325 CONS), is issuing this RFI for the purpose of locating qualified and eligible Small Business Administration (SBA) firms that would have the capabilities to provide management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary for Air Force Civil Engineering Command (AFCEC) Operations Support at Tyndall Air Force Base, FL.
The Government intends to execute a 12-month base contract with four, 12-month option periods that includes coverage for baseline operations support capability for AFCEC in accordance with the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Contractor tasks include operational functions to include but not limited to facility maintenance and assistance of projects supporting the Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) activities at TAFB, including the AFCEC Readiness Directorate, Requirements and Acquisition Division (AFCEC/CXA) test ranges and facilities, AFCEC Fire Research area at Silver Flag, Test Ranges, and other facilities managed by AFCEC at TAFB. All work performed by the contractor shall be conducted in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, Air Force (AF) Standards and policies, instructions, and commercial practices.
