This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with
the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with
additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only
solicitation; quotes are being requested in response to this notice and a written solicitation
will NOT be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Submit
only written quotes for this RFQ. This solicitation is A 100% BUY INDIAN SET ASIDE.
This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect
through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03. The associated NAICS code is 561410.
This RFQ contains five (5) Line Items:

Evaluation: FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items (completed as follows):
(a) The Government will award a firm fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) resulting
from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be
most advantageous to the Government, with the technical requirements and past history
performance being more important than pricing. The following factors shall be used to evaluate
offers:

Pricing
- Pricing will be evaluated by multiplying the total estimated pounds to be shredded
by the price and multiplying the price per box to scan by the price and adding the
numbers together for a comprehensive price.
Technical
- Vendor shall have the personnel, materials, supplies, and equipment required to
perform the work under the contract.
- Vendor shall have the ability to provide onsite cross cut shredding.
- Vendor shall have the ability to provide a daily log of each days scanning efforts.
Past History Performance
- Vendor shall submit at minimum 3 past history performance records where similar
services were provided.
