Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Vermont Veterans’ Home is seeking a RFID Personal medical device tracking system to be installed. The Goal of this system is to prevent the accidental loss of the residents’ personal medical devices such as Dentures, Eye Glasses and Hearing Aids. 2.2. Bidders must be able to provide the hardware, installation, training and support. 2.3. Depending on bidders’ systems capabilities the State will need the following • 1 PC Registration reader and client controller • 3 PC Fixed four-port RFID reader with 4 Antennas, motions sensor and audible alarm. • 1 PC Fixed two-port RFID reader with 2 antennas, motion sensor and audible alarm. • 1 PC hand held RFID scanner 2.4. RFID Tags: The follow style and quantity of RFID Tags that must be included with all bids. • 80 PC Denture Tags • 80 PC Hearing Aid Tags • 80 PC Eyeglasses Tags 2.5. Required Services • Installation and configuration of the registration reader and Client Controller. • Installation and configuration of the three Fixed RFID Readers • Onsite Training. • Onsite Installation of RFID tags
