**Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the deviated versions of FAR clauses 52.212-5 and 52.212-3 to comply with Class Deviation 2025-O0003, Restoring Merit-Based Opportunity in Federal Contracts.
Additionally, the completed RFI Log will be incorporated into the RFQ on SAM.gov and the due date for quotes will be extended by 7 days, from 31 March 2025 to 7 April 2025.**
Luke AFB is posting this Request for Quote (RFQ) to pursue an acquisition for a Crash, Damaged and Disabled Aircraft Recovery (CDDAR) Trailer. Any quotes submitted in response to this RFQ will be evaluated utilizing lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) procedures. The criteria for technical acceptance can be found in the attached Salient Characterisitcs document. Vendors SHALL INCLUDE pictures, schematics, or design plans with their quote for any proposed CDDAR trailer. Please review all the attached documents for more information.
REQUEST FOR INFORMATION DEADLINE (3/14/2025): The deadline to submit any questions related to this RFQ is March 14th, 2025 @ 1900 EDT. Questions MUST be submitted via email to the POCs utilizing the attached RFI Log.
QUOTE SUBMISSION DEADLINE (3/31/2025): The deadline to submit a quote in response to this RFQ is March 31st, 2025 @ 1530 EDT. Vendors must submit their quotes to the POCs via email by this deadline to be considered for contract award.
Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
