The facility will be an approximately 20,000 square foot facility that will provide storage for the Fire Emergency’s Services equipment and trailers. The facility includes a minimum of 10 trailer parking stalls, a dedicated foam storage room, a single use ABA compliant restroom, wash bay, and additional utility support spaces.
Experience:
- Demonstrated experience with the construction of fire emergency services facilities, including specialized storage solutions for emergency response equipment and trailers, as well as experience with pre-engineered metal buildings, including integration of large bay openings and vehicle/trailer storage requirements.
- Demonstrated experience with construction of facilities in remote or extreme climate locations, addressing logistical challenges, material durability, and seasonal constraints.
- Demonstrated experience with the construction of facilities featuring drilled pier and grade beam-supported foundations, ensuring structural stability in varying soil conditions.
- Demonstrated experience with MILCON projects, ensuring compliance with Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP) requirements, and any applicable DoD design & construction standard practices on military installation.
- Demonstrated experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) for the delivery of final Record BIM, Facility, and CAD Data files reflecting as-built conditions, ensuring compliance with DoD documentation standards.
