Specifications include, but are not limited to:HVAC MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES INACCORDANCE WITH TXDOT SPECIFICATIONNUMBER 910-36-36, LATEST ISSUE.Remove existing HVAC system (condenser, refrigeration piping, heating unit, coils and controls). Contractor shall remove these units and dispose of legally. 2. Install new 10.0 Ton Carrier 208/230v R-410a Puron Heatpump condensing unit. 3. Install new 10.0 Ton Carrier electric air handler with 25kw Backup electric heating elements. 4. New coils shall be hot epoxy dipped for coastal area application. 5. Install new secondary drain pan and one emergency shut- off float switch. 6. Install and connect new copper primary drain line with tubing insulation to new air handler unit with new “P” trap. 7. Install new supply air plenum transition box and rework existing ductwork to connect into plenum box. 8. Install canvas flex connector between new supply air plenum transition box and new air handler unit. 9. Install all new 1 3/8” & 5/8” copper refrigerant lineset with tubing insulation and appropriate support. 10. Install new 5/8” liquid line sight glass and one 5/8” liquid line filter drier. 11. Install two aluminum stamped faced grills onto mechanical room access door for proper return air flow. 12. Install new programmable thermostat
