Specifications include, but are not limited to: (1) Replace 40‐2x4 lay in lights with LED lights, and 32‐surface mounted LED lights in sign shop (2) RDC front office remodel‐remove all furniture, build new 18' of wall, add 3 electical outlets, 3 commun., (3) 1‐3'‐0 door, insulate 60' of wall, remove and re‐install new Flooring, texture and paint all walls, new (4) ceiling tile, re‐paint ceiling grid, new LED lighting, refinish all doors, add HVAC grill into new office,replace (5) 4 ceiling fans add 1 to new office, re‐paint handrail going into warehouse, repaint I‐Beam that rusted by (6) hand rail, re‐install new steel case furniture to match existing furniture that was removed. (7) RDC middle office‐ Remove all furniture, replace existing steel case with new furniture, new ceiling tiles, (8) clean ceiling grid, demo and replace flooring, texture and paint all interior, repaint exterior of warehouse (9) interior office, refinish all doors, replaces all lighting with LED lighting, (10) Labor to replace warehouse high bay lighting fixtures‐ App‐100 with Tx Dot supplied LED lights (11) Replace all exit lighting with LED exiting lights
