The United States Army Health Contracting Activity (USAHCA) Medical Readiness Contracting Office-East (MRCO-E) is issuing these sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement. The requirement is for Document Destruction Services for Moncrief Army Health Clinic and outlying health clinics, located at Fort Jackson, South Carolina. The contractor shall provide full document destruction services, which includes the required bins, pick up, automated destruction, and proper storage facility for document destruction. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, supplies and equipment utilized in the performance of this contract. The contractor shall be AAA certified for plant operations by the National Association for Information Destruction, Inc (NAID) ** and have been in the business of performing destruction of sensitive documents for the last three (3) years. The contractor shall provide a current copy of their plant operations AAA certification to the contracting officer with their proposal.
