SOURCES SOUGHT The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VA West Palm Beach Healthcare System, Network Contracting Office 8, is performing market research with the intent of soliciting offers and awarding a lease with sufficient rentable square footage to yield 11,886 contiguous ABOA SF of Medical Office and related space in the western Palm Beach County area in Florida. The space shall have a minimum of 100 parking spaces available. A lease up to 10 Years will be considered. Only Existing buildings will be considered. However, if not a Newly Constructed Building, the Space offered shall be in a Building that has undergone modernization, or adaptive reuse for the Space with modern conveniences and must be ready for occupancy no later than April 1, 2026. Space within or fronting on the following boundaries will be considered: North: Okeechobee Blvd. South: Lantana Rd. East: Military Rd. West: Forest Hill Blvd. A market survey of offered properties will be conducted by VA staff. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any. Date of space availability Building ownership information and authorization from owner to offer the property if applicable. Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the proposed building. List of services provided (Utilities, janitorial, pest control, security monitoring, etc.). If claiming Socio-Economic Status (i.e. SDVOSB), must include supporting documentation accordingly. The Government is considering space if economically advantageous. The Government is limited by law (40 USC 278a, as Amended 10-1-81) to pay no more than the appraised fair rental value for space.
