The purpose of Amendment Three (3) is to update Clauses to comply with Class Deviation 2025-O0003-Restoring Merit-Based Opportunity in Federal Contracts. Solicitation close date is extended to Tuesday, March 11, 2025.
All other terms and conditions of this solicitation remain unchanged.
The purposes of Amendment 2 are as follows:
- To extend the solicitation closing date to 7 March 2025.
- To change the period of performance to 1 April 2025 through 31 March 2026.
- To change the set aside to 100% Small Business.

Solicitation W911SA-25-Q-A048 will be issued on Tuesday, 28 January 2023, and can be accessed at www.sam.gov. This requirement is for Grounds Maintenance Services at one (1) location in Washington. The performance period is 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026 with four (4) option years and a six (6) month option to extend services.
Quotes shall be emailed to kayla.j.christian.civ@army.mil. Quotes are due to the Government on or before the date/time listed on the solicitation in central time. It is the contractor’s responsibility to ensure their quote is received by the due date and time. As an Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, contractor shall submit all items in accordance with the Supplemental Information by the solicitation closing date and time. The contractor SHALL provide all required documents with submission of quotes.
