FCC Hazelton requires a quantity of 4 each indirect plate and frame water heater plus 4 each pumps to accompany the water heaters. Vendors are required to have active SAM.Gov registration and to provide their UEI. A signed SF1449 must be submitted to be considered received. This requirement is for product ONLY. Quotes must be valid for at least 30 days after close of bids on February 3, 2025 at 2 PM EDT. Specific product requirements below and example spec sheets attached.

SUGGESTED SPECIFICATION
The Indirect Plate and Frame shall be constructed of a 316 stainless steel plate with EPDM gaskets. Maximum unit dimensions shall be: Length ___61_inches, Width ___22___inches and Height __63______ inches.
The Indirect Plate and Frame shall be a double wall. The plate and frame shall be constructed in accordance with the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code requirements, stamped and registered with the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors
The Indirect Plate and Frame shall have a 150 psi working pressure and be supplied with an ASME temperature and pressure relief valve. Standard equipment shall include Wye Strainers, Isolation Valves, Automatic Air Vent, Scale Reduction Pump, Adjustable High Limit and drain valve
The temperature control shall provide + or – 4 degrees Fahrenheit accuracy with up to a 50% change in load. Setpoint range between 90 and 180 F. Modbus communication shall be standard equipment. The modulating valve shall have a 1000 to 1 turndown. The Indirect Plate and Frame shall be suitable for use with polypropylene glycol, up to 50% concentration. The de-rate associated with the glycol will vary per glycol manufacturer.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Domestic inlet temp Set point. DHW set point 90 to 180 degrees. GPH for all units together or for each if separated. GPH is for each unit. Each system will supply at minimum hot water to 64-cells, 10-showers, 2-mop closet and 1-staff restroom. Boiler water entering temp 160-180 degrees. Boiler water Leaving temp 120-140 degrees BTU I am looking for specifics on this. -These units are in use 24/7-365 if that helps.
