The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers requires a Contractor to stabilize the bluff at Lower St. Anthony Falls Lock & Dam in Minneapolis, MN. The Contractor will furnish Performance & Payment Bonds, survey the site, clean up the site and clear the brush, and place approximately 300 tons of Class IV angular Riprap in accordance with plans and specifications. Contractor will complete all work within 30 days of Notice to Proceed.

AMENDMENT 0001 HAS BEEN POSTED
Amendment 0001 updates the Davis-Bacon Act Construction Wage Determination, which changed for the project site on January 3, 2025. Offerors are asked to reevaluate their pricing and adjust as neccessary if impacted by the changes to the required wages and fringe benefits. ALL OFFERORS MUST ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF THE AMENDMENT BY THE REVISED SOLICITATION CLOSE DATE.
