Specifications include, but are not limited to:Install vinyl composition tile and rubber covebase, paint interior walls and replace ceiling tile. 1.01 THE WORK SHALL INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: A. Installation 1. Clean existing tile floor and encapsulate using an Ardex feather finish type cement product. 2. Install approximately 2700 square feet of Vinyl Composition Tile (VCT). Owner to select color. 3. Install approximately 650 linear feet of rubber cove base. Owner to select color. 4. Seal new flooring and apply two coats of wax. 5. Remove existing drop- in ceiling tile panels and install approximately 2,700 square feet of new standard, general use, non- directional two by four drop- in ceiling tile panels. Color: Standard White. Reuse existing metal ceiling grid, repair and/or replace as needed. 6. Paint interior walls floor to ceiling approximately 3,800 square feet, metal door trim and metal doors. Wood veneer doors shall not be painted. Owner to select color. 7. Paint exterior of wood cabinets in lab area and in meeting room. Owner to select color. 8. Clean wall mounted HVAC vents. 9. Move large furniture as needed. 10. Remove plumbing fixtures as needed and reinstall. 11. Owner to move small furniture, computers, copier, wall mounted objects, and any miscellaneous personal items. 12. Install electric exhaust fans in the Men’s and Women’s restrooms
