U.S. Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) on behalf of PM GCSS-Army, has a requirement to procure Oracle Database Tuning as stated in the Attachment 001 - Price Matrix, in order to provide expert tuning analysis and recommendations for the GCSS-Army Database.

Period of Performance: 31 December 2024 to 30 December 2025 

• OY1: 31 December 2025 – 30 December 2026 

• OY2: 31 December 2026 – 30 December 2027 

• OY3: 31 December 2027 – 30 December 2028 

• OY4: 31 December 2028 – 30 December 2029
