Specifications include, but are not limited to: DSAAPD and DDDS are seeking one vendor to provide enterals, wound care, urological, ostomy and tracheostomy products for the Medicare Part B eligible resident or client in their facilities. The successful vendor will be required to provide products and/or equipment to the respective facilities, submit claims pertaining to the Medicare B guidelines, and collect reimbursement directly from Medicare. Each facility will work cooperatively with the vendor to ensure compliance and accountability. The selected vendor will responsible for assuring the following for billing purposes: Registration and Shipment Criteria, Completion of Patient Information, Completion of Non-qualification Forms, All facility departments, namely, Nursing, Fiscal, and Dietary will work cooperatively with the vendor to complete all required documentation to meet Medicare Part B guidelines.
