Audio visual (AV) support to include projectors, screens, audio equipment appropriate for lecture and/or panel style discussions in each of the rooms. All large ballroom plenary meeting and breakout rooms must have wireless high speed internet connectivity. The Contractor will need to provide the necessary ability to ensure each room has internet access. The Contractor shall permit Government provided computer equipment to be plugged into required AV devices. AV technical support should be on hand in case of malfunction and transfer of power strip extension cords to breakout rooms. AV Equipment needs to be in place prior to event start date of 19 November 2024 at 7 AM local time. Equipment strikes down must be complete no later than 11:30 PM local time on 22 November 2024.
