Specifications include, but are not limited to:Walls - Durable satin finish paint throughout. - Perimeter walls of the File Room, Telephone/Data Room and Client Waiting Room shall contain batt insulation to ceiling height and both sides of sheetrock shall extend to the structural deck above (tape and float not required above ceiling height). Perimeter walls of the Client Orientation Room and rest rooms shall contain batt insulation to ceiling height and batt insulation laid above the ceiling extending 4’ on each side of the perimeter walls. - Walls in the Client Waiting Room and the Client Orientation Room shall have a 32" high vinyl wainscot and stained or painted chair rail. - Walls in all rest rooms shall be ceramic tile floor to ceiling. - Walls to create kiosks shall be floor to ceiling. - Minimum Level III, ballistic resistant material to 8’ height in wall between Client Waiting Room and Receptionist Room. - #13 flat expanded metal mesh to 8’ height in other Waiting Room walls except the wall with the suite entry door. Floor Finishes - Rooms/areas designated to have vinyl tile must be VCT with manufacturer’s designation of slip resistant (SR). - All rest room floors shall be ceramic tile with manufacturer’s designation of slip resistant (SR). - Areas with modular furniture shall have 18 inch carpet squares instead of rolled carpet. Signage (if not included in building standards) - Professionally constructed exterior sign to adequately identify the occupying agency with minimum dimensions 3.5’ x 16’. - Entry door sign. - Building lobby directory, if applicable. - Room number signs for each room or area within the lease space including braille requirements.
