This project is for design and construction of three (3) new training facilities (two-stories each) design to simulate a city hall, a residence, and a laboratory for the Special Operations Forces (SOF) at Fort Liberty, North Carolina. In order to provide a variety of training environments for the students to experience, the city hall simulation building should contain multiple office settings; the residential simulation building should include multiple bedroom dwelling spaces; and the laboratory simulation building should include multiple laboratory settings. Low Impact Development features will be included in the design and construction of this project as appropriate. Supporting facilities include site development, a gravel access road, electric utilities and connections, water connection, storm drainage, and other site improvements. These facilities will be used by military able-bodied soldiers.
