This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for service to modify a current system installed in a conference room to integrate a SIPRnet laptop into the existing equipment with minimal modifications and user touch panel configuration changes. The modification to the conference room will include: relocation, installation, and setup of integrated audio/video communication equipment within a conference room to include NIPR & SIPR VTC codec capabilities.
