This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the service to repair, replace and paint structural features of an existing military shoot house. Replace, paint and seal exterior walls and replace roof of the shoot house/rappel tower located at Range 131C. The current exterior ¾ inch plywood sheeting and 2x6 boards on the roof are degraded due to weather. The exterior walls will be replaced with new ¾ inch pressure treated plywood and painted. The roof will be replaced with new 2x6 boards then decked with ¾ inch pressure treated plywood and sealed with rubber roof membrane to prevent water from entering structure. Shoot house is located on Range 131C on Fort Carson, Colorado.
