The U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville (CEHNC) is the Center of Excellence for Facilities Repair and Renewal (FRR). FRR contracts are intended to provide response for facility repair, renovation, conversion, alteration, additions, construction, equipment procurement/installation, and maintenance services at Government installations and secured and non-secured facilities not located on Government installations. CEHNC anticipates awarding an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for design-build services/construction in support of the FRR Program in multiple locations to include but not limited to State Department locations, inside the United States and outlying territories, Germany, England, France, Belgium, Sweden, Norway, Greenland, Iceland, Spain, Romania, Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Denmark, The Netherlands, Portugal, Turkey, Iraq, Syria, Korea, Japan, Ukraine, Kwajalein, and Australia. The MATOC ordering period is 8-years (a 48-month base ordering period and four 12-month optional ordering periods). The anticipated contract capacity is estimated at $995M.
