BLM-CO ASV RT-120 Parts - Amend 1
The purpose of this amendment is to clarify this is a Total Small Business Set-aside. The SF1449 had been corrected.
Source and deliver ASV RT-120 parts in accordance with attached parts list.

2. Invoicing and Payment - www.ipp.gov - 30 day prompt pay after delivery
3. Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures
4. Part 12 - Commercial Items Provisions and Clauses
5. Small Business Set-Aside for NAICS 333111 Size Std: 1000 employees
6. Basis of Award - Price Only
Minimum Requirements for a Responsive Quote:
1. Filled in, dated, priced and signed SF1449
2. Technical description of the required ASV parts you are offering showing how they meet or exceed the specifications as per the parts list.
3. Email both items above to the POC below no later than the offers due date.
