The ROCKY MOUNTAIN FIRE CACHE is looking to purchase 3 (Three), NEW, Hot Water Electric Pressure
Washers, that meet or exceed the below specifications.
The Government intends to award award a contract resulting from this Request for Quotation to the
responsible offeror whose quote conforming to the Request for Quotation will be most advantageous to the
Government. Offerors will be evaluated based on best value, considering the following factors: past
performance, price, technical capability and delivery schedule.
In your price offer, include specification sheet. Offers received will be evaluated on price,
acceptability of the proposed product, past performance, technical capability and delivery (schedule, method,
and cost). Quote shall have the cost of the proposed product separated from the cost of delivery.
IPP will be utilized for payment and all invoices will need to be submitted through IPP if awarded.

Receiving hours are 7:00 am to 4:00 PM (MT), Monday - Thursday. No Friday or Weekend Deliveries.
Federal Holidays are excluded. The Contractor is not required to provide service on Federal Holidays. Federal
Holidays are observed as follows:

Government facilities observe Federal Holidays that fall on a weekend as follows: Government facility will
