This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial supplies in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Subpart 13.106, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only Solicitation; and a written Solicitation will not be issued. This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation will be available for download on or about 26 August 2024 under Request for Quotation (RFQ) number N0018924Q508 at the following website: https://beta.sam.gov/.
This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2024-05 and DFARS Change Notice 15 August 2024. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. This acquisition will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price contract under NAICS 336211. The Small Business Size Standard is 1000 employees. This acquisition is set aside 100% for Small Business.
