This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 13.1, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The Request for Quotes (RFQ) number FA251724Q0101 shall be used to reference any written proposal provided under this RFQ.
The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05, effective 5/22/2024.
This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is solicited to as a 100% Small Business Set Aside for small businesses and posted to SAM.gov.
The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 336413 - Other Aircraft Parts and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing. The size standard is 1,250 employees.
The quotes will be evaluated IAW FAR 52.212-2, found herein. Please read and comply with all requirements for submitting a quote under the solicitation instructions and the addenda to FAR 52.212-1. Failure to comply with all instructions contained within this synopsis/solicitation could result in the quote being ineligible for award. It is the quoter’s responsibility to ensure their quote meets all the requirements identified herein. The Government reserves the right to not award this contract to any quoter.
The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitation is for Hail Covers that will protect the skin of the C-130H aircraft on Peterson Space Force Base (SFB), CO.
