Project Title: Bayfield Office Complex Tree Removal & Parking Improvements
The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, expertise, and other incidentals necessary, except as otherwise provided, to successfully complete this project.
Set Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)
Magnitude: Less than $25,000
Location: 367 S Pearl St, Bayfield, CO 81122
Period of Performance: The work is anticipated to commence 30 days after receiving the Notice to Proceed (NTP) sometime in late 2024 or early 2025. The work is expected to be completed within 60 days after the work is started.
Site Visit: Not mandatory but encouraged, government escort will not be present.
