MAINTAIN SEAMS ON STANDING SEAM ROOF F195, facility is located south end of Elam Road, F195 Vance AFB Oklahoma.
ASRC Federal Field Services, LLC (AFFS) is seeking bid proposals for Re-crimp all seams of the scoped area, per Figure 4.01.5. A power-assisted seamer must be used to re-crimp seams to ensure a consistent joining along the seam entirety. Final seam profile to be approved as an after-award contractor submittal,re-tighten all exposed fasteners on roof and flashings to ensure watertightness.Please see the attached Statement of Work and RFQ.
Award will be based on Firm Fixed Price, best value /technically acceptable to the government.
Details are as follows:
A. The roof at Building 195 is approximately 40,000 square feet and is covered by an
existing, single crimp, standing seam metal roof. Several areas of crimp have become
separated allowing for moisture penetration. This project is to re-crimp all seams of the
scoped area, per Figure 4.01.5. A power-assisted seamer must be used to re-crimp seams
to ensure a consistent joining along the seam entirety. Final seam profile to be approved
as an after-award contractor submittal.
B. Re-tighten all exposed fasteners on roof and flashings to ensure watertightness.
C. Technical Requirements:
1. Contractor to include a minimum of three (3) jobs of similar size and scope
completed in the previous five (5) years. Include contact information for each
example project.
2. Contractor to provide qualifications of intended superintendent.
The Contractor shall provide a standard 1-year Warranty for all labor from date of the
base’s acceptance of completion in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
clause 52.246-21.
As part of the bid package the Contractor shall submit a completed copy of APPENDIX B –
BID FORM.
The duration of the project is 60 calendar days. The Contractor shall have up to 30 calendar days of nonperformance for mobilization and material lead time. All work shall be completed within 30 calendar days after starting work.

Notice to Offeror (s)/Supplier (s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any cost.
No late entries will be accepted.
