Specifications include, but are not limited to:The following represents general objectives and benefits to be achieved as a result of this project: A.The Authority is soliciting Proposals for the right to enter into an agreement to deliver, i nstall , and maintain a n arcade in the Terminal at the Airport through this public RFP process. This RFP provides the opportunity for all interested and qualified vendors to submit a Proposal to deliver, install , and maintain a n arcade in the Holdroom of the Terminal. This includes all includes labor, products, service, and technical support. The Selected Proposer shall be responsible for finishing the assigned space (“Premises”). See attached Exhibit A for the location of the arcade.B.Develop a n arcade in the Terminal at the Airport that provides the family-friendly opportunity for travelers to use equipment during the interval between passing through the security checkpoint and boarding flights . E quipment should be in good working order, cosmetically maintained, and be either new or popular older games . The content rating and price per play must be clearly marked on each machine.C.It is desired that arcade be furnished with a family-friendly mix of games for children and adults , rules signage, contact information for issues with gaming devices, and bill changers, if appropriate.D.The proposal shall include a listing of proposed equipment. Slot machines are not desired for this space. Snack and beverage vending is provided solely by Airport’s Concessionaire. ATM is provided by Airport’s ATM provider. One ATM is located in the Holdroom.
