Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Community/multi-dimensional human services agency to provide work adjustment training, inhouse production training or community-based work experiences within local businesses for up to 18 young adults with disabilities within Brandywine School District, who are between 18-21 years of age. 2. Service hours will be from 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, however; flexibility will be needed when a business requests a young adult to report during non-traditional hours. Responsibility for transportation under these conditions will be with the agency, young adult and family. 3. The agency must provide services in the Delaware area surrounding, and in the vicinity of, the Brandywine School District.
