Contractors must be registered to attend the site visit. The site visit registration deadline is August 13, 2024 at 10:00 AM CT.
This solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP), 100% Small Business set aside. Solicitation documentation and any issued amendments will be posted to SAM.gov. This is the only official location where these documents can be obtained and where updates are posted. No ‘hard copy’ solicitation materials are available.
Proposal Submission shall be emailed to shalunda.mix@usda.gov with the subject line “RFP 12405B24R0031, Cummins Generator Replacement, Schriever, LA”. It is the vendor’s responsibility to ensure the Government is in receipt of the proposal by the deadline NLT 2:00 PM CT, August 30, 2024.
Vendors shall provide all requested information referenced in section L.9. Failure to provide all requested information will result in the offer being found non-responsive, thus ineligible for award.
