The Government requires a 5-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, with a period of performance estimated to be from 09/01/2024 to 08/31/2029. Task Orders and Micro-purchase Orders may be placed under this IDIQ contract for analysis services in accordance with Attachment 1 Performance-based Work Statement (PWS), with prices not to exceed (NTE) the offeror¿s quoted prices using Attachment 2 Price Schedule prices, and compliant with the prevailing Department of Labor (DOL) wage determination (WD) effective on the date ordered for the location where services are performed [https://sam.gov/content/wage-determinations].
The Department of the Interior (DOI) U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Upper Midwest Water Science Center (UMWSC) has a requirement for timely analysis of various chemical analytes in water and sediment samples using EPA-approved standard methods.
This is an opportunity for an IDIQ contract, therefor the dates and places of delivery and acceptance and the FOB points are indefinite.
