The 136th Airlift Wing has a requirement to repair two separate HVAC systems at Hensley Air Guard Station (AGS). This requirement includes buildings 4 and 6 which support administrative and training functions, a variety of open and enclosed office spaces, and multi-use conference spaces. Each building has its own existing HVAC system. Building 4 has a Trane 3.5-ton air cooled DX condensing unit. Building 6 has a McQuay 35-ton air cooled direct expansion (DX) condensing unit. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns.
In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204: Project Magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000.
