The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires a Contractor to supply a boat/motor/trailer package to be used in the Upper Mississippi River, in areas that can be shallow and heavily vegetated. The full specifications are listed in the solicitation and include:

ELECTRONICS AND ACCESSORIES
- Contractor shall supply and install depth finder and transducer system
- Depth finder and transducer package shall include a minimum of 10” HD color screen, the capability to collect/process real-time topography data with capability to produce maps with contour of 1 foot or less, and high-resolution side and down scanning capabilities. System shall be preloaded with current Navigation Charts of Mississippi River and all available tributary data. System shall be Bluetooth compatible and have at least one removable memory card and/or USB port for data upload/download. Transducer shall be of quality capable of high-definition performance and at minimal-risk when under strenuous Mississippi River conditions, including exceptionally muddy water, shallow conditions, dense vegetation, and depths up to 100’.
