NORAD and USNORTHCOM (N&NC) is seeking information from vendors about new Counter-Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-sUAS) technologies for a fall 2024 experiment hosted by NORAD and USNORTHCOM. Interested vendors are invited to submit white papers addressing the following points which are provided in required detail in the RFI attachment:
- Describe why the technology is needed and the problem you are solving.
- Describe the “so what” or what is new or advanced in your approach and why it will meet FP25 goals.
- Describe the maturity of your technology and, if applicable, what is needed to take your technology to the next level (e.g., R&D funding, procurement, etc.).
- Describe anticipated performance and any other pertinent details about your technology.
Potential Outcome: The information gathered through this RFI may be used to inform future government decisions regarding C-sUAS technologies. Respondents may be considered for further engagement, which could include, but is not limited to, a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA). However, submission of a response to this RFI does not guarantee selection for a CRADA or any other form of contract or agreement.
