Solicitation W912BV24B0007 - Invitation for Bid - Cowskin Road North Bay Road Micro-surfacing at Keystone Lake, OK. Microsurfacing (also referred to as Polymer Concrete Micro-Overlay) of the entire Cowskin Bay North Access Road at Keystone Lake, OK, including clearing of shoulders, and cleaning and preparation of the road surface for the application. Select full depth patch cut repairs to Cowskin Bay North Access Road as will be indicated. The approximately 3/4-mile asphalt access road leads to a boat ramp and loops back to the site entrance.
